Welcome to Montco Cleaning Pros. Our goal is to provide dependable, professional, and high-quality cleaning services while treating your home with care and respect. By booking a service with us, using our website, or communicating with us by phone, text, email, or online, you agree to the following Service Policies & Terms.
1. Our Services
Montco Cleaning Pros provides residential cleaning services within Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and surrounding approved service areas.
Services may include:
- Standard Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Hourly Cleaning
- Home Organization
- Home Concierge Assistance
Additional services may be offered and must be approved during scheduling.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Appointment requests are generally confirmed by phone, email, or text within one business day.
Montco Cleaning Pros reserves the right to refuse service to any property that presents unsafe working conditions, health concerns, unreasonable risk to staff, or falls outside our service area.
2. Booking, Scheduling & Arrival Times
We make every effort to arrive on time; however, due to traffic, weather, and prior appointments, scheduled services include an arrival window of approximately plus or minus one hour.
If a major delay occurs, we will notify you.
Recurring service schedules (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) are based on frequency and may affect pricing.
Scheduling changes may affect pricing depending on the amount of time between cleanings and the condition of the home.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
We accept approved major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods.
Pricing is based on the information provided at booking. If the size, condition, occupancy, or scope of work differs significantly from what was described, pricing may be adjusted with customer approval.
Prices may occasionally change due to labor, market conditions, travel, or service frequency. If pricing changes affect an already scheduled service, customers will be notified prior to service whenever possible.
Refunds are not provided for completed services.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans change.
- More than 24 hours notice: No fee to cancel or reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A $49 cancellation fee may apply.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: A $49 cancellation fee may apply.
Appointments that are rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance are generally not charged a fee.
This policy helps protect reserved time for our cleaning teams.
5. Home Access / Lockouts
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
Please provide:
- Entry instructions
- Alarm codes or access details (if needed)
- Lockbox or key information
If our team arrives and cannot access the home, a $49 lockout fee may apply to cover reserved scheduling time and travel.
If access cannot be gained, the service may need to be rescheduled.
6. Satisfaction Promise (24-Hour Re-Clean Guarantee)
Your satisfaction matters to us.
If an area included in your original booked service was accidentally missed, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment.
We may return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
Please provide photos when possible to help us understand your concern.
This guarantee applies only to areas included in the original cleaning service and does not apply to:
- Additional services requested afterward
- New messes after service completion
- Items outside the agreed cleaning scope
Refunds are not provided for completed services.
7. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Move-in and move-out cleanings are priced assuming the property is substantially empty.
For best results:
- Cabinets, refrigerators, and appliances should be emptied if interior cleaning is requested.
- Excess clutter, occupied rooms, or unexpected contents may require additional time or pricing adjustments.
We do not remove:
- Mold
- Biohazards
- Pet waste or strong pet odors
- Hazardous materials
8. Pets
We love pets and ask for your help keeping everyone safe.
Please:
- Secure anxious or aggressive pets during service.
- Clean up pet accidents before service begins.
We do not clean:
- Litter boxes
- Pet urine or feces
- Vomit or biohazards
While our team takes care when entering and exiting the property, Montco Cleaning Pros is not responsible for pets escaping during service visits.
9. Supplies & Equipment
We generally provide our own cleaning products and equipment.
If you prefer specific cleaning products to be used in your home, please notify us in advance.
For health and safety reasons, we may decline use of products that could create unsafe conditions for our staff.
10. Safety & Service Limitations
For the safety of our staff and customers, Montco Cleaning Pros does not:
- Climb higher than a small step stool or limited ladder height
- Move heavy furniture or appliances
- Lift excessively heavy objects
- Handle bodily fluids, hazardous waste, or biohazards
- Clean dangerous or unsafe environments
- Handle infestations involving insects, rodents, or hazardous contamination
We reserve the right to decline work if conditions are unsafe.
11. Damage, Insurance & Valuables
Montco Cleaning Pros carries business liability insurance for accidental damage directly caused by our cleaning team.
Please secure:
- Jewelry
- Cash
- Valuable collectibles
- Fragile or irreplaceable items
Customers should notify us in advance regarding delicate surfaces, antiques, or items requiring special care.
If accidental damage occurs, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Loose or improperly secured items
- Normal wear and tear
- Faulty installation or weak fixtures
- Poor repairs or defective construction
- Undisclosed fragile items or surfaces
Montco Cleaning Pros reserves the right to repair or replace items when damage is determined to have been directly caused by our team.
12. Before & After Photos
To maintain quality standards and document work performed, Montco Cleaning Pros may occasionally take before-and-after photos of cleaning areas.
Photos may be used for:
- Quality control
- Staff training
- Marketing purposes
We make every effort to avoid including personal identifying information.
Customers who prefer not to have photos taken may notify us before service.
13. Trusted Local Home Service Referrals
Because we care about your home beyond cleaning, Montco Cleaning Pros may occasionally recommend trusted local professionals for home-related services such as:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Handyman services
- Landscaping
- Home repairs
These providers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Montco Cleaning Pros.
Customers are responsible for evaluating and selecting any recommended provider. Montco Cleaning Pros is not responsible for third-party pricing, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, damages, or service outcomes.
14. Independent Cleaning Teams
Some services may be completed by independent cleaners or subcontracted cleaning professionals working with Montco Cleaning Pros.
All team members are expected to follow company quality standards and customer service expectations.
15. Health & Safety
Montco Cleaning Pros reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions create unsafe or unhealthy work environments.
This may include:
- Hazardous conditions
- Unsafe structures
- Severe infestations
- Threatening behavior
- Unsafe pets
- Biohazards
16. Privacy
Personal information collected during scheduling or communication is used solely to provide, manage, and improve our services.
Montco Cleaning Pros does not sell customer information to third parties.

17. Changes to These Terms
Montco Cleaning Pros reserves the right to update or revise these Service Policies & Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website or booking services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
18. Pennsylvania Governing Law
These Service Policies & Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Any disputes related to services provided by Montco Cleaning Pros shall be handled in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
19. Agreement
By booking a service with Montco Cleaning Pros—whether online, by phone, text, email, or other communication—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Service Policies & Terms.
20. Privacy
