To ensure the safety of our team, your home, and your belongings, there are certain services we do not provide as part of standard cleaning. Our focus is on delivering a safe, high-quality experience while protecting both our clients and cleaning professionals.

For Safety & Liability Reasons, We Do Not Provide:

 Mold remediation or hazardous mold removal

 Biohazard, hoarding, or hazardous waste cleanup

 Fireplace or chimney cleaning

 Removal of pet waste or heavily soiled animal accidents

 Cleaning in homes with active rodent or insect infestations

 Odor removal related to smoke, mold, or pet damage (beyond standard cleaning)

Heavy Lifting & Delicate Items

 Moving large, heavy, or oversized furniture and appliances (refrigerators, stoves, couches, etc.)

 Moving fragile décor, hanging artwork, antiques, vases, or breakable valuables

 Reaching areas that require tall ladders or unsafe climbing

Specialty Cleaning Not Included

 Exterior window cleaning (unless pre-approved)

 Deep cleaning of mini blinds beyond light dusting, due to risk of damage

 Cleaning inside dishwashers, washing machines, or mechanical equipment

 Cleaning light bulbs or hard-to-reach fixtures

Sometimes a garage, a closet, or an entire room can get a little out of control and leave you feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to even start. Our organizers will help you get things back in order. We have a three hour minimum and can stay as long as it takes to put things right. Our Move In/Move Out option delivers a thorough cleaning to prepare the home for you or the new family moving in!

Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our cleaning service and that there are no other people (movers, tradespeople etc) working in the space. And we will need electricity and water!

Please note, if the home is particularly dirty, we may need to add the First Time Clean service to your cleaning in order to give our cleaners time to complete their work.

First-time clients who haven’t had their home cleaned professionally within the last month will need to add the First Time Clean option in the Extras section in order to give our crew members the time they need to achieve the high-quality results we’re known for. Once that’s complete, our Standard Clean is the perfect choice for weekly/biweekly/monthly Montco cleaning services moving forward!
